We had a first offer (with two others we didn't take) on the house for over asking within 48 hours of listing. The home inspection identified some small issues with the house and he provided us with a great resource of cost effective but quality contractors to remediate those issues. The first buyers were clearly trying to just reduce the price of the house, so, he helped us decide to go back on the market along with providing all of the information from what we had done to improve the house. Got a second offer for over asking within a week of going back on the market, also for over the asking price. During the closing process our HOA was very slow to provide the recertification needed for resale and Ron was constantly on them and their contractor to make sure that we could close on time.He is also tremendously knowledgeable with regard to Butler County real estate.
